The staff at reception, especially Kurban, were very welcoming and helpful. They provided valuable information about day trips and shuttles. The location is great and convenient, near the tram station. The family room I stayed in was spacious and exceeded my expectations. The breakfast offered a good variety and was enjoyable. The staff, including Zeynep, were polite and willing to assist. There was also easy access to other popular places and amenities, such as supermarkets and restaurants.

The hotel had a great location, just a short walk to the tram and close to all the main attractions. the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to assist us. the breakfast offered a good variety of options, ensuring a good start to the day.

One major issue we encountered was with the taxi service to and from the airport. Despite being assured that credit cards would be accepted, we were faced with declined cards and had to urgently find an ATM to withdraw cash.
