The staff at reception, especially Kurban, were very welcoming and helpful. They provided valuable information about day trips and shuttles. The location is great and convenient, near the tram station. The family room I stayed in was spacious and exceeded my expectations. The breakfast offered a good variety and was enjoyable. The staff, including Zeynep, were polite and willing to assist. There was also easy access to other popular places and amenities, such as supermarkets and restaurants.

One major issue we encountered was with the taxi service to and from the airport. Despite being assured that credit cards would be accepted, we were faced with declined cards and had to urgently find an ATM to withdraw cash.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk to the major attractions. Although I had a wheelchair, the staff made sure I had full accessibility and were always there to assist me. The room wassuper clean and cozy, and the breakfast offered a great selection. I highly recommend Golden Crown for anyone visiting Istanbul.
